We developed a comprehensive fine management system for government agencies to digitize the entire fine issuance and collection process. The platform enables officers to issue fines digitally, citizens to pay online, and administrators to track and manage all fine-related operations. The system includes mobile applications for field officers to issue fines on-site with photo evidence, automatic fine calculation based on violation types, and real-time synchronization with central database. Citizens can search for their fines using various identifiers, make payments through multiple channels, and download receipts. Advanced features include automated reminder notifications, payment plan options, appeal submission workflow, and comprehensive reporting for revenue tracking and compliance monitoring. The system also integrates with vehicle registration databases for automatic fine assignment.
